Last month we partnered with UCHealth to help Cesar, a 25-year old battling muscular dystrophy, realize his bucket list dream of riding in a helicopter. We could not have granted this bucket list dream without the help of UCHealth LifeLine, who provided a flight paramedic to accompany Cesar on the ride.

 

Cesar said flying in a helicopter was among his top five bucket list dreams. He wanted to see his hometown of Pueblo, CO from the sky, and we were delighted to help make that dream come true.

 

Cesar was flown over his home, the Pueblo Reservoir and the Royal Gorge before returning to UCHealth Parkview Pueblo West Hospital. Despite Cesar's many physical challenges, his spirit remains upbeat and positive. We were thrilled to be able to help him live one of his biggest bucket list dreams.
