Making Dreams Take Flight with UCHealth
In an inspiring collaboration with UCHealth, Project Sol Flower helped 25-year-old Cesar, who is bravely battling muscular dystrophy, soar toward one of his biggest dreams — a helicopter ride. Thanks to UCHealth LifeLine ’s dedicated flight paramedic, Cesar enjoyed a safe and unforgettable journey above his hometown of Pueblo, Colorado. 🚁
Flying was high on Cesar’s bucket list, and he was thrilled to experience breathtaking aerial views of the places closest to his heart, including his home, the Pueblo Reservoir, and the majestic Royal Gorge, before safely returning to UCHealth Parkview Pueblo West Hospital. Despite physical challenges, Cesar’s resilient and positive spirit touches everyone around him, and we feel honored to have been part of making this dream come true.
